Creole Dinner Series
Chef Eboni is currently offering two styles of cooking in her current series. In the Creole Dinner Party Series, you will learn to prepare an authentic N’awlins meal from scratch. These classes are highly interactive, as you will learn about “The Holy Trinity” – the base of New Orleans’ Cooking, how to make a roux and make your own seasoning mixes for your recipes…yeah, no pre-packaged jar stuff in this class!
Learn to Cook a Caribbean Classic
This class will expose you to how to cook classic Caribbean at its best! Chef Eboni teaches the “secrets to the sauce” in Jamaican me Crazy!
Our kids cooking club is designed to engage children 5-14 in the joys of cooking. Once a month, we will gather virtually to try a new dish. Our first class will be on Saturday, February 5, 2022 at 11:00 am.

Chef Eboni will come to you for an in-home session that can be a fun couple’s night in or an intimate party. At $85/person + the cost of menu ingredients, you can enjoy a personalized Flavor Atlanta experience. (2 person minimum)
